Happy Holidays!

As very tired new parents, we had the presence of mind to do Charlie's holiday photos; however, we didn't get the chance to send them out as the holiday cards that we had intended. Her holiday photos also doubled as her one month photos as well. Better late than never...Happy Holidays!

One Week Old Today!

We photographed Charlie at home in the living room on her one week birthday. The photographs are for her birth announcements. The outfit was from our great friend's the Gordons and it looked perfect on her.

A Comparison

So I couldn't resist... Here is a picture of Charlie one week old compared with a 3D Ultrasound photo of her at 30 weeks. The resemblence is there...don't you think? These other 3D pics are from the same visit. I must have looked at these a million times trying to memorize her sweet little face. The 3D ultrasound experience was amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone. The difference is amazing! You could see her open and close her eyes, smile and watch her hair sway as she moved.

All of Charlie's Ultrasounds

It was amazing to see the ultrasounds change of the course of the pregnancy. In the upper right hand corner you will see the little white dot that we saw for the first time. We always looked forward to each doctor's visit. It almost felt like we were having visitation time with her. The first time we could clearly see the profile of her face with her round cheeks and perfect nose, Mark and I both looked at each other and cried. Somehow at the exact moment we knew how much we loved her and how she was already perfect for us.
